PG is an average one. Though the rooms are well maintained, but there is a much scope for improvement viz 1. Kitchen & dinning hall hygiene 2. Person for room cleaning doesn't come as promised at the time of enrollment. He only come 2 days a week. Very pathetic. 3. Though they claim that they provide laundry services, but the detergent they uses is of very low grade and you ultimately have to bring your own detergent. Moreover when you complaint, they claim all the PG in area provides same detergent, so what's the point of spending too much money here. 4. Food quality is very average, don't expect luxury meals. Seems they try to do money savings when they should not if you're charging this very amount. 2/5 - value for money

I recently stayed at AS LIVING PG in Guwahati and had an excellent experience. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-furnished. The food was homely,delicious and offered a variety of options. The PG provided high-speed Wi-Fi, laundry facilities, and 24/7 security. Its prime location near educational institutions and markets was very convenient. The management was professional and accommodating, always ensuring a pleasant stay. I highly recommend AS LIVING PG for its great accommodation and excellent services.

DEMERITS 1. FOOD : Very said to say but the food quality is declining every day I don't know why. Sometimes during lunch time specially on biryani / pulao day if we come at time of Lunch which is between 12:00 noon To 3:30pm the lunch gets finished. Especially if you have class till 2:30 you don't get biryani but you may get rice instead of it. 2.The guard is very lazy if you are active person and wants to go for morning the guard will open gate at 6:00 am only.. If sometimes you reached morning by 5:00am the guard don't open the door instead he will tell to wait till 6:00 am 3. The dining is very small and they provide their utensils. Dining is so congusted that sometimes you have to go and come twice or thrice to see wheater it contain some space or not. And also we can't take the utensils to the room even if there is no place in dining hall. I am not any fake reviewer but I don't want to disclose my name so But rather I want to request that there should be some change in dining rule as it is really a problem . Although the pg is good but I am mentioning the demerits!
