I took my dog here for a veterinary check-up and some tests. While the consultation itself was okay, I was disappointed that no proper bill or receipt was provided after the tests. The total amount charged felt quite high, and without a detailed breakdown it was difficult to understand what exactly I was paying for. After asking the bill for several times still they didn’t provide it.Transparency and proper billing are very important in any medical service. I hope the clinic improves this practice for the sake of pet owners.
