Samsung Experience Store City Center

Verry disappointed wit the staff, unhelpfu,useless..they are just good with you untill you make a purchase and once it's done they show their real colours, do not buy anything from here

Awesome experience, great sales team

I had a very disappointing experience at the Samsung store in City Centre. The staff miscommunicated important details about ongoing offers. We were assured that certain offers were available and encouraged to return the next day to make our purchase. However, when we came back, we were shocked to learn that the offer had already expired the previous day- something the staff failed to disclose. After we complained about this, the staff members were gaslighting us to tell us that they didn't mention this offer. I got the offer cross checked from the ulubari outlet and they informed us that the offer was available and only valid till the previous day. The poor customer service could also been seen on the first day of visit. At one point, three staff members were focused on assisting a single customer, while the rest of us were left unattended. This lack of transparency, attention, and basic customer care was extremely unprofessional and left us with a very poor impression of the store. Would definitely not recommend anyone to buy from here, there are other samsung outlets in rest of the city please have a look at those.

Very Happy with the staff behavior, they are very friendly and knowledgeable regarding each and every product. I will recommend every one to visit this store.

Had a great experience, Nice and polite staffs

Horrible experience. We went there on 27th August 2025 at around 8 pm. The guy was having so much attitude that he didn't get up from his seat also to attend customer. Infact we asked for couple of clarification to which he showed no interest. Not sure how the store got ratings till now. Samsung your brand will go down to streets if this kind of self proclaimed attitude is carried by your staff.
