SMILE BRITE DENTAL CLINIC

Worst experience ever! I don't understand what does professionalism mean to those people who'd rated this clinic. Initial impression: Dr. came out from his room and said, "take out and keep your shoes/sandals outside". Then went inside quite busy talking over the phone keeping the patient less important. After a while, attendant came in asking me to fill the form. I responded, "let's understand the fees/charges first". Then she took back the form without even whispering a word. I started packing my things and moved out with my daughters. The experience is really horrible. No professional attitude at all ❌ 👎. Don't know about his experience and background but the experienced of such cold environment meted out to the patient led me to wondered how he even became a dental Dr. At least maintain a welcoming environment both the attendant and Dr; learnt to understand how to talk to people as you're dealing with people every hour, and keep the patient first in everything you do. Then everything will follow accordingly.

Excellent proffesionlism shown by Dr Paragun and Dr Meghali. they make patient feel comfortable. Treatment carried out with utmost skills. A visit to this clinic for dental treatment is highly recommended.
