I visited Roung Kin restaurant for dinner during my stay in Guwahati. I ordered a assamese thali. They served very promptly hot and delicious food in a beautiful kansa thali. Taste and presentation of food is wonderful. Ambience and decoration of the restaurant is truly very nice. Owner of this is restaurant is very charming ang wonderful host. Price of food is also very very reasonable. Overall its a very nice experience for me and will visit again.

Recently shifted to Guwahati and discovered it when i was busy searching for some homely food in this hustling city. The food made me feel good from the first bite itself. A perfect blend of home cooked food with seasonal veggies and spices. The pork curry is to die for and it is absolutely budget friendly. The owner and helpers are very friendly and takes care of every single thing. In short,if you come to Guwahati you need to visit this place if you miss your home and your mom's delicacies.

The staff is warm and attentive, adding to the overall fantastic experience. If you’re a fan of Assamese food or just love trying unique, well-prepared dishes, Roung Kin's Duck Thali is an absolute must-try! Highly recommended!

Great experience. Tried ahom kitchen for the first time and it was worth trying. The ambience was great, food was delicious. Cherry on the cake was its affordability. Highly recommended. Will visit soon to try more.

Food quality was okay, nothing to complain about there. Unfortunately, the service wasn't very warm. The lady serving appeared visibly irritated, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Hospitality plays a big role, and I hope this improves.
