They beautifully crafted the collage exactly the way I wanted, and the finishing was absolutely perfect. Never ever waste time ans money on ICONIC COLOR LAB. It's horrible , terrific response from the workers. Sheets quality is worst ever and also their response towards customers is worst. I have ordered 2 album on Saturday. They said it will be deliver by Sunday. I paid all the amount at once including courier. Now it's Thursday still not got the album. Atlast they send it in bus without paying the fare. Now I have to bear the bus fare ₹ 500 for those already paid albums. Kindly print somewhere else . There's lots of printing services in Guwahati. If not then print at Kolkata. Pure services available there. If you have any doubt drop a message.

They don't have the slightest idea of how to address customers, let alone treat them. I waited for an hour, but not a single person came out to inquire about my visit. I waited just to tell them how they made me wait for an hour. Seriously, how can they expect to do business if they cannot handle a single customer? If it were possible to rate 0 stars, I would have done so.
