Seeing so many five-star ratings gave me confidence that my mom’s consultation for her severe back pain would be in good hands. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the exact opposite. The doctor seemed far more engaged with phone calls than with the patient sitting right in front of him. He was multitasking throughout the consultation — attending calls while barely interacting with my mom. There was no real effort to understand her history, no meaningful questions about how or when the pain started, nothing. Just a casual suggestion to get an MRI/X-ray and that was it. We didn’t expect miracles — just some professionalism and basic courtesy. Utterly disappointing experience. Remember- A white coat without humility is just an attire. Go and preserve your ego elsewhere. I can only hope that the ratings and feedback shared here are genuine.

We are extremely grateful towards Dr. N J Borah, the best Neurosurgeon who had successfully operated on the tumour in my sister's pituitary gland. Moreover, we had received the best care from the doctors as well as hospital staffs during our stay at the hospital. They are always ready to help and answer each of our queries patiently. The cost is quite reasonable too. A must visit if you are in need of this kind of medical care.

Sir did surgery for my mother for severe back pain as it was beyond the work for any medicine. We came to know about Dr Borah from a family friend. This operation was done 5 months back. We are afraid that due to age complications and paralysis may happen. But must say Dr Sir do through investigation and full preparation before surgery. All doctors are good, but Dr Borah sir is world class. My father had serious stroke and we thought it's over. In fact many doctors did the initial investigations and gave us 6 months max. Everyone said its a critical case.. We discovered Borah sir.. He also explained the same but his approach is very good and he took time to understand the case fully.
