I have had wonderful experience at the Maruti Service Center. The entire process was smooth, transparent and very professionally handled. From vehicle inspection to final delivery everything was done on time and with proper communication. A special mention to Shantanu Da who is an excellent manager and truly knows how to manage operations efficiently. He ensures that every customer concern is heard patiently and resolved properly. His coordination with the technical team is impressive and he maintains great discipline and professionalism in the workshop.

Very good service..loved it

Staffs are very good and work is also good. The reception area is worst. Ceilings are too old and not yet repaired. The sofa which is kept for customer sitting is damaged. Toilet facility is completely dirty. One AC is available which is also not working properly. Vehicle parts are not readily available. Need improvements in many areas.
