Domino's Pizza | Beltola Tiniali, Guwahati

I had an extremely disturbing and unacceptable experience with Domino’s today. I ordered two pizzas, but the delivery executive went to the wrong location and kept calling me to demand the OTP even before reaching my address. When I refused (rightfully so), he became very rude and aggressive. After a long delay, when he finally arrived, he started screaming at me, which was shocking and highly unprofessional. To make matters worse, the pizza box was already open, and it was very clear that someone had touched the pizza—the shape was disturbed inside. This is a serious hygiene and food safety violation. As a customer, I felt harassed, unsafe, and disgusted. This kind of behavior and careless handling of food is completely unacceptable for a brand like Domino’s. I am filing this complaint because: The delivery executive was rude and verbally abusive He pressured me for OTP before delivery The food was tampered with There was a complete lack of hygiene and professionalism I expect strict action against the delivery person, a full refund, and a clear assurance that such incidents will never happen again. This experience has seriously affected my trust in Domino’s.

I visited Domino’s today expecting a pleasant dine-in experience, but unfortunately it turned out to be quite disappointing. I politely asked the staff member at the counter about the Meal Mania combo, which is advertised between 11 AM – 3 PM, because I had previously purchased it during the evening. I simply wanted to confirm whether it was available for dine-in. Instead of receiving a helpful response, the staff member replied in a very rude and dismissive tone. She abruptly said that none of the Pizza Mania options were available and walked away to continue cleaning, without properly addressing my question or assisting further. As a customer, I believe basic courtesy and clear communication are essential in service. The interaction felt unprofessional and unwelcoming, which ultimately made me decide to leave the outlet without ordering anything. I hope Domino’s management takes note of this feedback and ensures that customers are treated with respect and proper service, regardless of how busy the staff may be.

Most dirty outlet,I have ever seen in my life ,bad experience all the staff are very rude doesn’t know the customer service , there were one staff lady who was handling the billing ,she is very rude loud and shouted entire our dine time , Please train your staff well 🙏 I recommend everyone not to go there to spoil your day, every table was dirty and I asked them very politely can you please help us with the clean table ,they were like sit anywhere . Kindly look into the matter

Me and my gf used to eat there frequently but 3 to 4 months back, we ordered a pizza and I had to pay online through gpay but my network was bad, so I asked my gf to pay from her phone. The employee who was there was talking with her other friends there and didn’t notice the gpay time is up on the screen then my gf paid. Then she said shamelessly sorry sir the timing is up and you have to pay again. So we had no option to pay again, she even lied that we will get refund by the next day but we didn’t get any refund. The jubilant foodwork limited where my gf paid didn’t refund that money. I love dominos but they should be loyal to their customers, they want so much details just to refund that money. As if we will become rich by getting extra 360 rupees. That’s why we never visited beltola dominos ever again and never will

Worst atmosphere.. dirty tables..dirty floor... Not at all clean space for sitting area... Used tissue papers lying on the floor.. garbage kept in open... and staff inspite of seeing, not interested in coming and cleaning the floor or tables unless any customer says. Staff inside when free singing songs in loud voice.. don't even care if any customer sitting inside there outlet and can get irritate .Domino's is really not like before that you can come and dine in. Consider only for online delivery untill unless you really comfortable in such dirty environment. Requesting owner to gave check on the hygiene.. cleanliness of outlet and service by staffs.. I know online delivery is on priority for you guys but dine in service can't be neglected at all..

Very arrogant staff, i was with my outstation friend who came from jaipur,we just stop by to eat something whereas my friend wants to pee badly, he used washroom, immediately after he came out washroom dominos staff started scolding him how dare u used washroom without even ordering i asked is this the manner you talk, immediately male manager started supporting him too.. i think i should report it with gmc n other town authorities too.

Ordered combo with coke saying coke not available although there was on fridge when ask they saying its for lunch combo and what about my order which was also combo for two . Will never go there again worst dominos

Poor rating only for Ms Ankita D the one who was taking the order..Her behaviour should be improved..she offended us with her behaviour..it's normal for customer to not knowing the product varieties.Her duty is to explain politely..but sorry she is mannerless
