Domino's Pizza | Borbari, Guwahati

Recently visited for Lunch, we tried their combo meals of Rs99 and Rs 199 and both the meals were very delicious.It is a good go to budget friendly meal. If two people wants to eat under a budget they can take one meal of Rs 99 and another meal of Rs 199. Only drawback is that sometimes the choco bomb is not available but the staff is very cooperative they replace that with chicken parcel which is very tasty. I tried their chicken popcorn and to be honest I found it better than kfc’s chicken popcorn, it was very flavourful. Their dessert items are also very good, I tried both choco bomb and choco lava loved both of them. Their Chicken sausage pizza is also very tasty.I recommend those who are going to try Rs 99 meal just try chicken sausage pizza once you will love it. Everytime, I go for Rs 99 meal I order chicken sausage pizza only.

Very poor service, they always deliver late they need extra 2-3 hours close your store that will be better and they have not shared there contact number somehow I managed to contact the manager but she told me it's normal and we don't have enough staff but the fact is they are not professional

This place serves really good pizza that has just the proper amount of cheese and toppings.Furthermore, the meal was warm from the kitchen to the dining area.The staff members carry out a great job of keeping the kitchen clean and efficiently fulfilling requests.But because the store is still new, the employees occasionally confuse the orders. The staff is, nevertheless, incredibly pleasant and courteous.I had an amazing meal here.

I order 2 pizza around 490 , delivery boy reached my location and said that 1 pizza is missing and it was to late 50 minutes already, he said I will make pizza on store and i will come and give the left pizza also he has 5 to 6 order in his bag . Is this a way of service . I order from this store for the first time and the experience is worst of the worst. Please improve your service and check when ever you deliver orders that all orders taken or not . 🙏🏻 Also i will never order any thing from this store.

Worst pizza eaten from dominos ever. The cheese in cheese burst was sour and tasted bad and paneer was also dry and sour. Ingredients used were old and stale. My location is being served by this outlet now and this was my first time experiencing ordering from this outlet and horrible experience. Appeal to Dominos to check this store’s quality control standards as it’s a very big health risk serving this kind of pizzas. When restaurant contacted after getting the complaint and I asked him to send person to collect pizza and check the same, the person speaking arrogantly replies send picture of pizza we will see the picture and know if the pizza is tasting sour or not based on our experience. Sent him the pictures but no reply yet. I don’t know what kind of employees this restaurant is hiring who can know if the pizza has tuned sour just based on whatsapp pictures. Bottom line : please avoid this outlet.

Domino’s Pizza Borbari is a really good place to enjoy fresh and delicious pizzas. The staff members are polite, the service is quick, and the outlet is neat and well maintained. Their cheese burst and garlic bread are absolute favorites! Delivery is mostly on time, though it can get a little delayed during peak hours. The ambiance is simple yet comfortable, making it a nice spot to hang out with friends or grab a quick bite. Overall, a satisfying experience and definitely worth a visit for pizza lovers in Guwahati.

Horrible experience with this store. The manager and the delivery agent were both extremely rude and unprofessional. I placed an order through their app, and even after 30 minutes there was no progress. When I contacted the store manager, he falsely claimed that the delivery agent had already left. However, the live tracking showed no movement. When I called the delivery agent, he admitted he was still at the store. I had placed the order early (1.5 hours before my bus) because of their “30-minute delivery” policy, but the order was delivered after more than an hour. I couldn’t cancel because the manager insisted it was already out for delivery, another lie. By the time the delivery arrived, I had already left for my bus. When I called them to explain, both the manager and the delivery agent were rude and blamed me instead. I didn’t even get a refund for their delay and dishonesty. Very disappointing experience. Beware before ordering from this store, now I understand why so many others have rated it poorly.

Extremely Late Delivery Ordered from Domino’s VIP Road and had a very disappointing experience. The delivery took almost 1 hour 20 minutes, which is unacceptable for a simple order. By the time the food arrived, it wasn’t fresh and the whole experience was frustrating. Domino’s really needs to improve their delivery time and customer service on VIP Road. This was definitely not worth the wait.
