I had a very disappointing experience at this Domino’s outlet. There was a big poster saying No Parking for Domino’s Customers, which makes no sense and creates unnecessary inconvenience. When I entered the store, there was no staff at the counter to attend customers, and I had to wait without any assistance. There were no seating arrangements available, and the entire place was smelling extremely bad it was honestly difficult to even breathe inside. This outlet seriously needs improvement in cleanliness, customer service, and basic facilities.

Well.. nows the time for the actual review the food was good the delivery was efficient.. but but I was asked to review the outlet multiple times and the delivery boy had to literally click pictures of my 5star review and send it to a what's app group where apparently the manager checked everything.. so yeah .. on an honest note I don't think that begging so impatiently for the review was a good think... And. Too note first I had to review the delivery and the food and the outlet on the app itself and on heree too .. I was given my food only after these whole ritual was completed.. can't blame the delivery guy.. but at the same point I don't know whom to complain.. just know this is annoying

I have ordered a pizza which was 30 min delevery guranteed. Forget about 30 min guranteed delivery they take the time about more than 1 hour. But their delivery boy didn't deliver the order he cancelled the order without calling and eat it. Such a rascals in Dominos. Beware of these kind rascals working in Dominos Kumarpara.

It was very bad experience at this store, I visited on Sunday 8PM, there was only two customer then also they took 20mins to serve the food, atmosphere was very bad, no AC working, no fan, water spread on floor, tables was dirty, If i cleaned my chair then i sat. No parking facility, have to park on main road, Not recommended

The air conditioner is not working we were extremely sweating. We asked them to decrease the temperature but the told us "Is se jyada nhi hoga". Also they don't have 5 course meal most of the time.Also they are using old menu to give it to the customer but implementing new rates.

I went there during Durga Puja, I guess that might have affected the service a little bit and I honestly have empathy for people who have to work this time of the year and I guess that could've led to the grim expressions of the staff there. However what struck me as odd was the fact that they were delivering every type of pizza on online platforms but for people who went there, were informed the only thing available were the meal combos which cost Rs. 445 and summed up to Rs. 500 including taxes and when inquired about, the staff were really blunt about it, saying it was not available but the orders that were being taken out by their delivery partners said otherwise. Other things that contributed to the bad experience was a lack of adequate seating arrangement and an inept air conditioning as well as questionable hygiene standards. However this is the first time I went there, so I guess I may have had the shorter end of the stick.

Extremely disappointed with today’s order. First, the delivery itself was 50 minutes late. I am already used to Domino’s being late almost every time, but this was the worst so far. To make things worse, the delivery was done by two random people on a scooty. Neither of them had a proper Domino’s uniform, and shockingly there was no delivery bag. The pizza box was literally kept on the scooty floorboard where people put their feet. This is completely unhygienic and unacceptable for a food delivery brand of this level. If Domino’s has started delivering food like this, with no standards for hygiene, safety, or professionalism, then customers should seriously think twice before ordering. This was not just a late delivery but a complete failure in maintaining basic food quality and delivery standards. Domino’s needs to fix this immediately, otherwise they will lose the trust of their customers.

Ate 5 fiesta chicken with chicken burst. Not well made. Had a great experience before but this time lack of awareness cost taste. Also seating capacity here is limited to maybe 5-6 persons only. Place was quite messy as well.
