Disappointing Experience at Pizza Hut, Hatigaon Outlet I had a very disappointing experience at the Pizza Hut outlet in Hatigaon. The air conditioning was not working, making it extremely uncomfortable to dine in. The seating arrangement was poorly maintained and not at all welcoming. The washroom was very small and unhygienic, which added to the unpleasant experience. The food quality was just average—not what I expected from a brand like Pizza Hut. Additionally, there's no designated parking space, which made the visit even more inconvenient. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this outlet unless improvements are made in cleanliness, comfort, and service quality.

As I personally like Domino's Pizza, so I never went to Pizza Hut before. Today, for the first time I went to this place. Pizzas were much tasty and very delicious. But this is a very small restaurant, no seat for two people was available. Lighting and decoration could've been better. Anyway, it was a nice experience in this restaurant. Their behaviour was also very polite.

Pizzas are very tasty but atmosphere is not good. Ac is not working only 2 fans are there and bathroom is also so smelly

Grossly disappointed with my recent experience! Finding hair on my pizza was disgusting, but what's even worse is the customer care's complete lack of concern. They were utterly unresponsive to my complaint, making an already terrible experience even more frustrating. I expect better quality control and customer service from any establishment. Sadly, this place failed to deliver on both counts.

This place is really beautiful and the food served here is soo awesome. I was the first to be served the newly launched momo pizza.It was so so tasty and the toppings and cheese were overloaded.The response from the staffs were so well...must visit.

Good and well mannered staff. Very cooperative and patient in taking orders. Parking for four wheeler is a problem.
