KAZU Noodle Bar is an absolute gem in the heart of Guwahati. The moment you walk in, the decor sets the mood perfectly – warm lighting, thoughtful details, and a cozy, modern Asian street-style vibe that makes you want to sit back and soak it all in. I tried the Tori Paitan Ramen and Chicken Gyoza, and both were outstanding. The broth in the ramen was rich, creamy, and comforting, with deep flavors that showed real care and technique. The Chicken Gyoza paired perfectly with it and rounded off the meal beautifully. Overall, it’s a fantastic spot for anyone who loves good food and great ambience. Highly recommended and definitely a place I’d love to visit again!

We has visited Kazu for a pre birthday celebration. Unfortunately at the time of our arrival, there was no power and the chef informed us that he wouldn’t be able to cook for us. 15-20 minutes into us hunting for a new spot, we got a call from him saying the power was back. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we got a hot meal late this night. We ordered a mix of the vegetarian and pork ramen, and dumplings. The broth had a depth to it, but the noodles could be treated more delicately. Ingredients seemed to be handpicked with thought behind it, something I definitely applaud!

It was New year's day and considering the packed Uzan Bazaar I decided to give Kazu noodle bar a try. It was on my list for some time The atmosphere, decor and vibe of the place is as good as it gets. I can see the lights can get a little extra for someone who is not used to it. Coming to the food I had Chicken Gyoza and Tonkotsu Ramen. And as much as it pains me to say I liked the Gyoza more than the Ramen..... in a Ramen Bar. The Chasu was chewy, it was awkward to just bite and pray that it breaks somehow before someone else sees me struggling with it. That being said the broth had flavour and it had me slurping every last drop. The Gyoza was good, flavours were nice even though I'm not a big fan of Chicken Dumplings. But getting only 4 pieces for that price is a let down. All in all I would say that do give KAZU noodle bar a try. I would love to come again some day and try the other dishes and also give these two a redemption arc.

The food was okay, the tonkatsu was far from traditional and very bland. The ‘charchsui pork’ they had used in the ramen was just a thin piece of bacon too. The Pad Thai was alright however it again lacked proper flavor, kind of just overpowered by the toppings they had used. The Char Kway Teow was okay but was just excessively greasy. We had ordered 3 boba drinks, Taro, Hazelnut and Blueberry, the Taro was the best one, and the blueberry was good too. Avoid the hazelnut at all costs cause the hazelnuts they’re using is just cheap and old and ends up tasting like it’s packaging. Plating and atmosphere is good and so is the service More of an instagrammable spot than a spot you’d go back to for the food.

Everything was great — tasty food, good quality, nice ambiance, and polite service. Just felt the portion size was a little less. Overall, a good experience
