ZERO STARS!! ZERO SKILL!! This is a prime example of why Google reviews should not be trusted. Ratings and reviews do not reflect the reality because either this guy completely lacks the knowhow or deliberately cuts corners to earn some quick bucks. 1. Was unwilling to install concealed cistern saying it was prone to frequent breakdowns. In reality concealed cisterns are getting popular day by day, if so was the case companies would have stopped manufacturing them - no other plumber said they encountered any such problems. It clearly indicates he was trying to avoid concealed cistern because it requires more skill. 2. The diverter was placed in such a manner that the spout would have been inches away from the finished floor - when the error was pointed out he was unwilling to rectify it. Later on, when I employed another plumber, I got to know it was an easy fix, that needed barely a couple of hours work!! 3. Not at all fit for plumbing works that require some level of skill because this guy it seems is after easy money. Steer clear of this person who is a borderline fraud and save your hard earned money and peace of mind.

Professional service. Reasonable price.

Fraud - one tap replacement he charged Rs 500 and product price he charged 1000 whereby the market official price is 950 on MRP and 800 on dealer. He claimed that he got it from dealer and providing dealer price. Further more. He started nagging for more money of Rs 1800. Can you imagine.. just one tap for Rs 1800 ? Anyhow.. after negotiating he agreed on 1600 whereby the agreement already happened for Rs 1500. While Anjan work is satisfactory. His professional behaviour is not acceptable. Beware!

Patiently, he listened to my concerns and swiftly rectified the air issue, a problem that stumped another plumber, Mr. Mantu Das, who not only failed to resolve the issue but also accepted payment without providing a solution and subsequently avoided my calls. Additionally, Mr. Baishya took the time to advise me on possible precautions. I highly recommend his services for any plumbing needs.
