Very poor customer response. Its been almost ten months but still I have not received my RC. When enquired, they always have an excuse due to covid lockdown. No sincerity to solve customer problems.

Two days wasted and a little wiser. Absolutely horrible customer service from Oja Hyundai. They certainly don't appreciate the time of their customers They have twice called me over to check one of their vehicles. On both the days, after having reached their guwahati club showroom, I have been informed that they don't have the variant that I had been specifically called to have a look at.
