Don't expect them to sort your problems with subjective knowledge. They mostly go by the book, untill you point out the problem yourself. No doubt the mechanics are skilled, they will resolve it, but you have to ask them to adhere to the problem and point it out yourself. Some mechanics are good , they can directly catch the problem but some will just go by the book. Else their Hospitality and service is good.

The staff had a very generous hospitality. I reached the service centre at the earliest morning and got Number 1 position for my 3rd servicing, however after changing the engine oil and the filters, I found my car parked in the middle of the parking arena as I peaked to check, then after enquiry they proceed for the car wash and in the midst came the lunch time of nearly 45 minutes. Like that my whole day got wasted as I got relieved at around 3:30 PM. Kindly, look into the matter as other servicing are more responsible on their job. Moreover,They took charges for wheel balancing which supposed to be free as like my earlier services.

Best experience. Quick service, spacious, well maintained service Center with experienced staff.

Worst service. Took 9 hours to do a regular servicing, they asked me to come on 9 am for early completion,, I reached sharp 9 before their advisor and technician came. And irony is my job was done sharp at 7 pm. And about the charge i cant sure that all the work they count me was done or not. Without my knowledge everything is done . And i have to pay double the amount of what i pay for regular service.

The place is good and it's quite big and has a canteen for the customers too.Only downside they have regarding sales is their commitment,sometimes they skip their committed date.Rest all good...
