Mr MUKESH CHOKHANI's words has no values. He had promised the delivery date as "in the next 6 months" since July 2015. Finally he gave possession in August 2018. Following are the points because of which I am writing this: 1. He did not finish all his work in his scope till June end 2019. 2. Roads constructed are narrow, Exit road still not given. 3. Gave small lift in our block. 4. Due to delay of 32 months, lost savings that I could have done on rent worth Rs.10k per month. 5. Occupation certificate still not given, 6. parking area given are made smaller etc. 7. No scope of Fire fighting vehicle to enter the society. Many of these people who have written positive comments do not reside in Agrim Vista and the Builder himself has written a review. The amenities are great but because of the new recipes the builder comes out to piss us all is too much to handle.

Really the builder words and commitment are not good they are not a business man they are lootera ... Unnecessary and illegally they charged the financial charges to us... regarding the delay registration... Please before buying thier flats take every required documents first... Still our flats are under agriculture land..not converted the residencial.. and waiting for fully occupational certificate from year 2016 ... Very bed experience with this Agrim Infraproject Private limited.

These people might sound like a bunch of educated and highly qualified bunch of people, who are doing a great business in the market. But honestly don’t go with their characteristics and approach. I bought a flat from them in 2013 which was suppose to be out for possession on 2014 as per the owner. It is almost close to the end on 2017 and there is no signs of the project getting close to its possession. Please think twice before you invest your money on these guys. You’ll waste half of your life waiting for them to complete one project. Our regular visits to the site was really disappointing as the construction so slow. Now when the project looks like its close to completion, there is barely any labour. Very poor customer service as there is no proper response to our queries. Thumbs down to Agrim Infrastructure.

As told by the builder that he will complete the construction by the end of 2016 and will hand over by March17.I even thanked him for his new year gift. I was so sure to get the possession by 31st March. Even I planned everything for the possession because it matched with my daughters summer vacation but my dreams were shattered. By seeing the construction stages I don't think it will complete before 2018..

Very bad experience, with this company, they keep on asking for money, whereas they themselves are lacking in providing us with the necessary documents, some people have paid 100% with extra charges imposed on them, yet they haven't got their documents, Stay away from this company.

I was very positive about my investment in this project at the time of booking but now equally disappointed about the delay of the possession.. It proved to be an wrong investment for me..I booked it in 2013 but yet to get a confirmation on the possession date.. Just waiting waiting and waiting..

Absolutely unprofessional . project incomplete for more than 10 years. No sale deed, no occupancy certificate for more than 10 years going. Unethical dealings. Complete lack of transparency. Better beware than sorry
