In just 3 months, the lift doesn't work at Protech Prime. What quality is that? Forget about the other quality compromise. Lift is essential isnt it? Now pls dont share email id to raise concerns, we have already done it.

Protech is the most reliable, trustworthy and by far, the largest real estate group of North East India. I have booked a 3 bhk apartment in Protech Pride Bagharbari. The entire process of booking is very smooth and is well coordinated by Saroj Cherri at the Protech Pride office and Mrs Rumi at the project site.

Finding words for the awful experience is becoming difficult. Totally unprofessional attitude from the management, no response to mails,no clarity on any matters. Only one standard response is w"We will let you know" expecting my refund process to be smooth... Must say arrogance is the word for this group... The booking team has stopped responding to calls and there is no clarity on the agreement sign off post payment of advance amount almost 10 months ago.... would appreciate a connect back from the management instead of a fake response on my review...

Since the day I got in touch with Protech group for an apartment, the response has been courteous, prompt and professional. I have been interacting regularly with Mr. Manas Nath and he has been extremely helpful throughout. He explained the entire process to me clearly and would sometimes go beyond his responsibilities to answer my questions. The entire booking process was seamless and pretty fast. When I visited their office premises for legal formalities, everyone was well behaved and very professional and the formalities got done in no time. Overall, a great customer experience.
