things take time over there, if you want your work to be done you have to keep patience thats it took a long time just to get my learners lisence thats it respect the official person over there as they also have workload so they cant give all of the their time and attention wait for your turn ask politely thats it

The service I have received in this DTO office was over the top. The staffs and officials along with the DTO was very helpful. I got my work done in just 2 hrs. I am very grateful for them understanding the urgency of my work and processing it asap. Also, all I had to pay was the processing fee, that to online. Anyday better than Bongaigaon DTO.

*****My Honest Review***** DTO Chirang, is the most corrupted RTO, as per my experiences. I have seen that they intentionally try to delay, the online approval process so that a person visits the DTO office and they get an opportunity to earn illegally( the word 'B'). Honestly, If you genuinely apply for LL and DL on your own( i mean without paying any illegal fee or via any third party) by online mode, it will take a year-long to get the final approval of DL. Mine is already on a mission of 8 months, still yet to receive DL by post. Got an approval 2 months ago but the person at COUNTER NINE(9) never bothers to courier it unless you pay him illegally. Let's see what he does if I do not pay him. Also, last but not least, heads-off to MVI(Motor Vehicle Inspection) who is always busy doing some other work. He is supposed to conduct a driving test 3 days a week (on Monday, Thursday, and Saturday) as per schedule, but he is super busy on that day as well. Please note that all the working officers are not corrupt, some of them were very helpful. Thanks to them. UPDATE: Finally, received my DL after 4 months from the date of final approval.

It becomes crowded at times or most. Place is smelly as toilets are not kept clean by the people after using. All paper works, like rc, number plate, etc. are done here. I notice that all the staffs or workers there behaved well with the people. But It does not even have a room for taking rest for a while which is needed because it takes a lot of time for some paper works or any other work.

Not so good experience there.. the people work there are not responsible at all.. sometime your valuable documents get lost from there office and nobody ready to take responsibility.

Chirang D T O office is the best District transport office in Assam, Here all the employment bhivour are vry good... Nd working prossing is vry fast thats why I like this transport office.....

Staffs are behave politely .....you just maintain your patience level ...

People are helpful if you know how to behave....
