DTO, Dhubri

The DTO Office in Dhubri is plagued with inefficiency and corruption. Brokers aka DALALS swarm the place, charging hefty amounts to get your tasks done quickly. Shockingly, they even pass driving tests without taking a real one! If you don’t go through these brokers, be prepared for a painfully long wait. Even the so-called "contactless services" mentioned on the Sarathi/Parivahan website are a joke. Despite applying online and following all procedures, I was called to the office multiple times. I filed complaints on the website twice, and after more than two months of waiting, my driver’s license still wasn’t updated. Government officials should take immediate action to address this corruption and improve the system.

People's are not as supportive as i expected... Like the other government departments, it is identical. Infrastructure is good but need some cleaning, lagta hai jaru-posa nhi marta hai 😂 need some basic training to staff on how to deal or communicate with the people. They are not God's, they are public servants... Their duty must be to serve the public...

I live in Kokrajhar But I liked the environment of this DTO office more than Kokrajhar DTO ... behaviour of the staff was also good.

Here All depends on money if you didn't pay to middle man or dalal for apply for DL or any other services then the staffs you make you feel harrassed and also they slow down the process of making of your DL. Infact they don't take driving test that's very scary I feel because DTO is providing DL to riders to rise different types of vehicles without even knowing that are they are capable or know how to drive. And this makes our country more unsafe for us.

My experience at DTO dhubri..... .......most of the dalaalll flying inside the office......for making a DL they took charge 5 to 7 thousands.......

Why DTO Dhubri has posted a mobile number on their Google page which nobody picks up? Can anyone provide me with the no of DTO Dhubri or any other concerned officer where I can call,it's regarding my DL replacement/renuwal
