Today, I had a very disappointing experience at your service center. I brought my bike in because the engine check light was on, but I was told that I would have to leave the bike there for service. It was not possible for me to leave my bike at that time, so I requested a quick inspection instead. However, I was informed that your diagnostic machine was not working today. If you do not have time to repair bikes or your equipment is not functioning properly, I do not understand why your service center is open. Please do not waste customers’ time if you cannot provide even basic service.
