The franchise taken is okay but the vibes need to be more friendly .. it seems not interested type staff and also need to put the AC for service .. variety in food is less compared to other .. outlet is more open for other brands then repose ….

I ordered a cake from here and some cake pops. The quality was good and the staff were attentive and quick. The cake was not in stock but they took the initiative to procure it in the evening of the same day. I saw negative reviews about staff behaviour before going but personally my view quite differ from that reviews. Felt a bit overcharged as per quality but overall decent deal.

I ordered tea, but it was much worse than I expected. What made it more annoying was the way one of the staff members explained why the tea tasted like that it felt unprofessional . Overall, the experience did not meet basic expectations.

Not a restaurant but good bakery shop with place to sit and eat. Cakes are beautiful and delicious. They have various bakery items, packaging sweets, chocolates etc. Reasonable price. Jut it takes some time to response due to less staff.

Just usual. They don't provide bill unless you ask for it. Price of some bakery items are very high compared to market. The stuff specially at Surauj nagar,near Sixmile are very unprofessional.

Food is good but please change your service staff.. not good at talking.. they are full of attitude.. worst service

Good quality panstry and cake. Coffee was good. Average staff service.
