Best Airport Test lead

Dear Sir, The airport is beautiful,no doubt... But we had a bitter experience with no taxis available, uber , rapido would not accept request s and came to us as private taxis charging more than double. At arrivals people have started spitting, no drinking water or snacks available, no sitting area ...what do we do with the architecture when there are no basic facilities available..... Cleanliness not maintained, and full of mosquitoes

Purely as a fan of aviation and someone who is from Assam - The terminal is beautiful. However, I request the management to add more indigenous flora and greens inside the terminal instead of the very standard non native plants and flowers. They look ok as of now but the charm of NE and Assam’s nature iis missing This should be also implemented outside the terminal area as well. Afterall the theme of the airport itself is an indigenous orchid native to this land. I am sure the management will take this into consideration. Thank you

Is it T1 or T2

Looks good...but transfer from terminal 1 to 2 was in pickup truck and secondly the drinking water fountain near gate 9c was chocked....informed housekeeping but no action taken

First time in the new airport terminal was a great experience. The new terminal interior is a beautiful piece of art. However, keeping up the cleanliness seems a challenge. This needs to be strictly monitored.
