Basis the good reviews, I reached out to the Maligaon branch over phone, just to be highly disappointed with the quality of interaction of the consultant. The consultant got irritated when I asked for some genuine queries, without even trying to understand what my query was. He insisted to visit the Maligaon office, which I agreed; however, a couple of basic questions could have been answered over phone and with a little bit courtesy. Finally decided not to pursue my requirements with this firm.
