​💎 A Truly Delightful Experience at Mia by Tanishq 💎 ​I recently visited a Mia by Tanishq store guwahati and wanted to share how satisfied I am with my overall shopping experience. ​The staff were absolutely fantastic! They were incredibly welcoming, knowledgeable, and made the entire browsing process feel effortless. I particularly appreciated how easy it was to converse with them—they listened attentively and provided excellent guidance without being pushy. Their genuine customer focus truly made the visit special. ​A Small Suggestion ​While the experience was largely perfect, I did notice a small area where I found it a little difficult to find options: rings specifically designed for men. It seems like the collection doesn't really focus on this category. Expanding the range of modern and stylish rings for men would be a great addition to an already brilliant selection! ​Thank you, Mia by Tanishq, for the beautiful jewelry and the exceptional service. I will definitely be returning!

Subject - Deeply Disappointed, Transparency & Trust Missing I travelled all the way from Melbourne, Australia and purchased diamond rings at Mia by Tanishq on 12th Jan 2026. What should have been a joyful and memorable experience turned into frustration. Despite repeated requests, the staff refused to send me an email receipt. The manager kept citing “system glitch” and “email error,” yet no receipt was ever sent. Instead, I was handed only a hard copy and told that for returns within 7 days, the paper receipt was mandatory, and for future exchanges my “registered mobile number” would be the only proof. They even mentioned that if I ever changed my phone number, I would lose all rights unless I kept the hard copy forever. This practice feels extremely restrictive, outdated, and frankly, dodgy. It raises serious concerns about transparency and customer protection. In contrast, on the very same day I purchased items from Caratlane in the same shopping mall city centre, they immediately sent me a proper email receipt without even needing a paper copy. That is how a trustworthy brand should operate. I am very disappointed with Mia by Tanishq. A purchase of diamond jewellery is not a small matter, it carries emotional value and financial weight. Customers deserve clarity, professionalism, and proper documentation. I strongly urge the management ( Mr Sandeep Kulhali) to send me the email receipt rimmediately and to reconsider these questionable practices.
