During the procedure, he kept talking to me, reassuring me constantly. He made me feel calm and comfortable, almost as if I was somewhere other than a hospital. His presence removed my fear. Even after the surgery — during my re-checkups and DJ stent removal process — his care remained consistent. I was always received with warmth and a genuinely caring approach.
