Sir, When I wanted to contact toll free no., it was not responding to my calls...it said "The Number Does Not Exist." Then I tried to contact on other mobile/landline numbers, but people were not supportive & customer friendly... posing as if they were some IAS officers or VIP ministers.. Simply their behaviour was disgusting enough ! The lack manners.

Very bad. Till now neither any agent have called me nor any person came for servicing. My number was registered on last Thursday. But till now nobody came and very irresponsible behaviour.

Have registered complaint but till date no one has come to attend it. Whenever I call the only response i get is we will send a reminder to attend to your problem at the earliest. Never knew kutchina's service is so so so so worst.

Fraud company they simply misbehave with customers and never responds to complains ... will definitely complain in consumer court...

Worst product and services..had a harrowing experience trying to repair my 4 burner Hobs.problem started during the first year itself..no technician visit even after placing complaint 15 days ago.
