Update- The owner of the shop is very rude and unprofessional. When we have called because yet another issue has come up with their security camera connection, the owner Mr Abhijit Dutta has refused to provide service because the last time we expected service from them, they delayed and provided dissatisfactory service, we provided an honest feedback regarding their service, after having paid for the said service. Mr. Abhijit Dutta made it very clear that he will not be providing service for the cctv we have bought from them simply because we have an honest feedback. We have intalled CCTV 's in two houses from this company.Ever since, the after sales services are a nightmare.After a complaint is made ,it takes 3-15 days for an effective response.Two days ago a request was made to put up the monitor on the wall and to do cading of all the wires which were not properly aligned fir casing in the room of a patient who is bed ridden.We are still waiting for the respinse with various persons being detailed,then disappearing for other tasks,then promising to come in half hour ...and when finally contacted..saying company has detailed elsewhere.Mr Datta is not available on phone and an accountant receives the phone and says he can only pass on messages.This is the quality if after sales service.Matter is being taken up with the company too.A very bad experience.

Best price with good service

The service was fantastic, and the prices were great. They sell high-quality, legitimate devices, and they're very professional and take good care of their customers. They really focus on ensuring everything looks nice and that you have a positive experience, even if you're from out of town. Plus, they're always available to answer questions over the phone. They were incredibly helpful when it came to explaining how everything worked and even suggested some better places to put the cameras. I highly recommend them.

Good service in affordable price.

prices are competitive but lacking in service quality. Once you buy products from them, they will not care about service or maintenance. Only interested in selling, not in service. Shop does not even bother to call back despite calls and messages.

Good Biomax products are available. Got a biometric system for my office here.

It is located at Bally. Howrah. Local people visit here for get repairing their computer. Computer accessories also available here. Tue proprietor is very much polite and always behave well with the customers. Their fees are reasonable and service is good.

Didn't found customer friendly environment nor the behaviour....went to buy a NVR....sales agent were busy with their own work reluctant to answer queries clearly.... owner was not present at d shop....had to call him up for prices and other queries multiple times....he was busy over other calls every time I tried to call him up.... didn't entertain any discount or bargain.....went there after reading good reviews from many other customers but sorry to say I didn't find anything that is customer friendly
