Highly Disappointing Service – Avoid This Store I am extremely dissatisfied with this CCTV store’s service. The CCTV hard disk they replaced stopped working within one month, despite being under warranty. It took 8 days of constant follow-ups just to pick up the faulty hard drive. Now, after almost 10 more days, there has been no update on repair or replacement. The owner also does not respond to calls, showing a complete lack of responsibility. Very unprofessional experience. I strongly urge others to avoid this store to save their time, money, and peace of mind.
