Kalakhetra DIPR Library

Library is good. A nice place to study. But there is no environment to study. The lady(not a librarian for sure) sits in the front table and yells in her phone all day putting the speaker on. And after that other coworkers comes and sits with her and yells, laugh , talk loud. Its has become very irritating and it is such a irony! A place where it is mentioned in bold letters " SILENCE PLEASE" and then it is violated by the same management. I hope this issue is solved or else will try all way to get peace. We need the library so we cant just quit because of few people. I hope the management come across this post and maintain the discipline of the library Thank you

Best newspaper archive in Guwahati. Excellent environment for study. All the library employees, especially Bijoy Oja and Raghunath Rai, are wonderful human being, always happy to help the visitors.
