Newco is not the bookstore/ stationery store it used to be. They don't have a lot of the things you need. If they have the pen then they won't have the refill, if they have the pencil then they won't have the lead. They are also very slow, their pace of work is so frustrating. They will make you stand for an hour if you are even buying a sharpner. This lackadaisical attitude and zero acknowledgement to customers has become an habit which needs to change. Having said that if you need to buy the small things which are important for office/school work buy it from them and if you need the best of the products go to panbazar.

At Pandu Maligaon area this shop is the only shop which is running more than 40yrs with pride.From this shop no customer comes out with negetive answer in regard to NCERT study books. This shop is presently running with pride by 2nd generation. Now a days customer getting even better service in regard to modernisation.

Too much expensive for fine arts materials. Not having any discount. Some items such as pencil holders and paper stumps are almost tripled from the market price. Only for few items 5 percent discount available. Worst Customer Service.

First of all the owner is a good human. He is very cooperative to every single customer. Almost all art materials are there. Rest will provide you within a period of time upon request.
