Bought the Deviate Nitro 4 which was just launched and was unavailable in any other store. The staff helped in picking the right fit. And also properly explained about the redeemable offer going on and help choose items for the offer.

Unhappy with the attitude of the cash counter executive. Behaviour was very rude and non professional. They require training to handle the customer. Better hospitality is expected...

Just buy a track suit set from the store at city centre. The salesman guy named Asit Sinha was good with recommending good products. Overall it was a great experience. Will recommend to everyone buy quality goods from here.

Very bad experience with this Puma store. Where in they simply refuse to exchange a 16k rs running shoe assigning a flimsy reason. No warranty being given by them on there merchandise. One of their male shopkeeper is completely very and unwelcoming. I would suggest not to buy anything from this store.
