Our Guwahati- Meghalaya tour experience with Sidhi vinayak travels was excellent. The cab they provided and the hotels they booked were all very good. Our driver was a very good person who made sure we covered some off the itinerary places as well as ensured our safety all round the trip. The management is very professional. I highly recommend them and look forward to our future trips with them.

5 on 5 for our Driver/Guide, Azad. If it weren't for him, this review would be 0 stars. Sidhi Vinayak Travels staff almost declared us liars and we had to go back, show proof, that we were not lying. All thanks to Azad for saving our trip, wish the rest of your company had your customer handling ability. Azad has just been wonderful, he is very informative, extremely friendly, treats you like family all through the trip. He did not just take us to different places, but even shared a lot of history about each of them. Hats off to his customer service skills, made us feel very comfortable, took us to some great tasting restaurants.. I cannot thank him enough for saving our trip from being a disaster.

I had a group of 16 pax with me for a tour to Guwahati, Kaziranga, Shillong, Mawlynnong, Dawki & Cherapunji. The team is good & our requirements were managed well. Hotel at Guwahati - Rajmahal was amazing. Food & Stay was fabulous. At Kaziranga, Dhanashree Resort was good. At Shillong, the stay was decent at Treetops Residency but the food needed improvement. Agency responded immediately based on the requirement. Drivers were smart, few were good & few a bit cranky, yet the trip was smooth & the response from the agency was quick & smooth whenever we needed any attention for the drivers or changes in the itinerary. So, overall a good experience.
