Genuine owner. He gave me the bike on very short notice and at good price. The bike had an issue with the handlebar, but he assured me he would refund any repair costs I incurred, and he did so without any questions. Apart from that, the bike was in good condition and well maintained. Would recommend.

I have taken Hunter 350 for 4 days.. Meghalaya trip It's a great journey, and the bike i rented from trivani rental service is also good but I want to give some suggestions Check the bike properly before giving to customers, it was not a major issue but small things makes difference. 1. Mirror screw was not properly tight 2. Battery was not properly charged 3. Break was missing sometimes.. it was not working properly.

Great experience with Trivane. We have rented 1 Himalayan 411 & 4 Ntorq Scooty for our Meghalaya Trip for 8 days with a reasonable price. Ther service & support was good. The condition of the Bike & Scooty was good.

I would never recommend these guys if you want to rent bikes for your trip, if your plan is to visit every workshop in between then this is the perfect place for you. Multiple times our bikes stopped due to a bunch of issues including battery failure, Existing challan on the same bike, which caused more trouble Because of these issues, we cancelled multiple hotel bookings, rerouted our trip, wasted hours, and underwent unnecessary risk in hilly terrain. Upon return, the team neither accepted responsibility nor offered compensation. This is not a business — it’s negligence. I strongly request travellers to stay away. I got a hunter 350 from Shivam. I wanted to have scram 411 but shivam faced some issue with the bike so he arranged hunter 350 at the last moment for me. I mentioned this because when this blunder happened he was honest with me about the situation and had a solution for it. I rented the bike for 5 days. The bike was in really good condition. I had the best ride of my life riding through Meghalaya. Will definitely visit again.
