Very rude. Not interested to even talk with customer. Visited today afternoon at paan bazar. When I asked about the materials of the mekhela, the counter guy says " traditional assamese dress" with no eye contact and continue chattering with his workmate.

"Daughter-in-law" , as the names translation goes, this outlet is a delight of tje lovely ladies, specially my wife from last 20 odd years. The skills of the sellers to keep the ladies engrossed with endless display of Assamese Suwalkuchi Paat, Muga , Tasr etc sarees, Benarasi, Kolkata etc imports, the suridaars, the lovely colourful pure silks of South India or plain cotton fares is amazing.They never tire of showing & the ladies do not stop seeing. I stopped accompanying my wife for this long visits long ago. But burning a hole into my pockets always.

Lousy service - more interested in watching the cricket match than in serving customers. Fairly expensive compared to other similar stores nearby
