I went there today and my 4 year old kid dropped 3 small size stuff in the basket which i was not planned to buy so during the payment, i asked the cash girl to not add those in the bill...she immediately started taunting in a very harsh way that who is gping to organise those again with such a rude face. I even apologised her that may be my kid picked those, she again repeated the same thing. I really dont hope such behaviour and action anywhere specially if its matter of just 2- 3 small stuff and by a kid too. Wont visit and recommend anyone to shop there with a kid next time🙏

Grocer Box is one of the most accessible and biggest departmental stores in the Odalbakra area of Guwahati. The store has a welcoming entry with its stairs adorned with a green carpet and fairy lights. Inside, the store boasts a plethora of items neatly stacked in separate sections. From varieties of chips, chocolates, to around 3 fridges stacked with beverages, frozen items, yogurt, paneer, tofu, etc., to other sections of noodles, snacks, biscuits, bakery, breakfast food, cutlery items, sanitary products as well as toiletries, everything is available. Moreover, varieties of coffee, sandwich and chocolate spreads, spices, milk, Grocer Box has it all available. There are around 3-4 staff members always available to help.Besides cash UPI and card payments are also available. Home delivery is done. There is ample space for roadside parking. Wheelchair entry/parking is not available. Nice departmental store for daily grocery and other needs.

Very nice experience of shopping for daily needs. I stopped for a quick shopping on my way and felt very satisfying.

You will find most if not all household groceries. Good roadside parking space available. Frozen items including icecream to soft drinks available with lots of options. Fast billing. No cart option as located on the first floor with staircase only option. They do home delivery.
