I ordered 5 items yesterday 1 march but not delevered yet. And deducted money from my wallet. And now cancelling order is also not available. Yesterday I went for smart bazar,bhangagarh guwahati. And purchased two item one of it is chavanprash rupess 450 and there is a discount price which is written as smart price 106 or something but they took 405 . But offer in stamp is still valid. The. They tell me to go customer service where no one there and then customer service girl come and tell that this money is credited to wallet. Why this stamp is there if no discount available. And then I purchased in app smart jio. Because my money is in wallet but items not delevered yet. Please return my money otherwise I will take legal action. Money is valuable for us. If not for you then tell me I will take legal action. And one more thing all the staff are busy in talking. And using mobile . When I ask one store girl about the offer she tell that they don't know anything. She tell me that if I have no money than why I purchased thing. Is this behaviour. Why all give job to this type of people with no manners. I simply ask that why this stamp is still here if offer doesn't exist. And there was a horlicks distributor guy and one store girl tell me that that horlicks distributor guy explain me . Is this his job to explain me or store girl job. Please give my refund money and take action otherwise I will take legal action against you all. Bhangagarh smart bazar, Guwahati. So third class mannerless people.

Smart Reliance Bazar is positioned as a one-stop destination for shoppers, bringing together multiple stores under one roof. From groceries to household goods, clothing, and other essentials, the variety offered is commendable. They frequently run attractive discounts and promotional offers, making it a good place for customers looking to save while shopping. However, the overall shopping experience is hampered by several issues: • Parking: The parking area is shabby, the approach is not user-friendly, and store trucks often block the way. There’s also no lift from the store to the parking area, making it difficult to carry purchased items to the car. • Store layout: The grocery section feels cramped, especially with large trolleys that take up most of the aisle space. • Billing: Very few cash counters lead to long queues, and there have been instances of miscounting and even double punching of loyalty cards. Also at times if you are not vigilant then there will be error in counting of stuff as well.however staff are cordial to the extent they can be with the exposure they have If the management improves parking access, adds more billing counters, and streamlines the store layout, this could easily become one of the best shopping destinations in the area. Until then, it’s a place for good offers—but expect some inconvenience along the way.

Great shopping experience here at Reliance Smart Bazaar. They have a lot of options for each and every household or grocery item that one would need. They do have a few discounts and offers here and there, the staff seemed polite and decent to offer help when required. Hopefully, they can improve their arrangement a bit more to suit customer’s needs.

"Hi, I'm upset about the Dabur Chyawanprash pricing at your mall. The shelf showed a discounted price of ₹135, but I was charged ₹405. If the discount isn't valid, the price tag should've been removed. Leaving it up can mislead customers. Instead, I was offered credit points when I complained. Can you look into this and provide a proper refund? 😤" And then I have order 5 items with that credit amount in wallet. But they have not delever my order.

I have visited the store multiple times and I absolutely loved the service and the prices seemed to be reasonable for me. But the main problem is maintanence of the showroom, the air conditioners were not working (according to the staff the ACs were damaged and didn't got repaired) which had made a suffocating environment and earlier the tiles were broken which had injured my ankle really bad, so I request your team for the proper maintenance of the building. Yeah, initially in the starting the maintenance was on point , but now maintenance is not taken care of which is a negative point.

They just busy in phones and talking to each other. No 1 3rd class all staff 😡👎 #smartbazar

This smart market offers everything you need at reasonable prices. The mall is very spacious. There is also plenty of parking space. Its staff is humble and helpful. Electronics are available at reasonable prices in this mall.

Positive Note 👍 The location is very convenient, being situated in the city with ample parking space available, which is a huge plus. Additionally, taxis and rickshaws are easily accessible right outside, making commuting hassle-free. The store boasts an impressive collection of clothes for ladies, men, and kids, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. In addition to apparel, they offer a variety of food products, often accompanied by attractive discounts. The availability of fresh vegetables and frozen foods is a significant advantage, ensuring that you can get all your grocery shopping done in one place. Negative Note 👎 However, the shopping experience is marred by some drawbacks. The store has a limited number of billing counters, which leads to long queues and a slow checkout process. This can be quite frustrating, especially during peak hours. Moreover, there have been instances where the billing counters make mistakes with the count. If customers are not vigilant, they may end up paying more than they should. This issue undermines the trust customers place in the store. 🤣 Adding to the comedy, whenever people leave a review on Google, the store’s response is a copy-paste template. They do not seem to read or address the actual complaints of customers. This practice is not only amusing but also highlights their apparent disregard for customer service. It seems they are least bothered about genuine feedback and improving their service. In conclusion, while the store offers a variety of products and convenience, the slow billing process and lack of attention to customer feedback are significant areas that need improvement.
