The Urban Grocers

I’ve been a regular customer for a long time, but I’ve rarely received any discounts on most of the items I’ve purchased—except for the occasional 5% on perfumes. My concern is that I’m being asked to pay full MRP for products that are available on 10-minute delivery apps with no delivery charges and significant discounts, plus the convenience of home delivery. I feel the store needs to consider the current market situation and how much it has changed in recent years. It’s important to stay competitive and understand that customers now have many convenient and cost-effective alternatives.

One of the new fancy grocery store in Rajgarh area. They do have good collection of exotic stuff...they do have all day to day necessary items also. Loved shopping here and they have card payment and UPI payment facilities also. Interestingly I got some bit of discount also!

I went to this place when I was residing in Guwahati for grocery shopping and happens to be one of the few shops which choose to remain open during afternoon hours when other shops are closed post lunch in whole Lachit Nagar Area. Has a wide range of items available and even home delivery is available for residential locations in the vicinity. Blessed to have such a grocery store in vicinity.

The staff at this grocery store are very helpful .They assisted me in finding the products i nideded and the checkout process was efficient.
