I go here often just for small snack items and end up buying sweets too. Everything’s clean, fresh, and well packed

I recently visited Dalimi Sweets with the intention of purchasing some samosas and other sweets. However, my experience was far from pleasant. When I inquired about the freshness of the samosas, the salesperson responded in a dismissive and rude manner. Instead of providing a courteous answer, very arrogantly he said, "Ji ase ai-yai ase." Mane val beya ji ase ai yai ase. lole lo nolole nai. enekua attitude. Such a response is not only unhelpful but also disrespectful to the customer. It is essential for businesses to treat their customers with politeness and respect, regardless of the nature of the inquiry. The salesperson's attitude was a major disappointment, and it has left me hesitant to return to Dalimi Sweets in the future. I would advise potential customers to be cautious when dealing with the staff at Dalimi Sweets. If you encounter similar behavior, it may be worth considering other options.

Food is okay. Just okay. But the variety they offer is good. From Veg to Chicken patties everything is available. Even pitha is there almost all the year round. Cold drinks, red bull, cake and pastry along with bakery biscuits are also available. As mentioned above the taste of the food could have been better.

One of the few places where I can blindly trust the quality. Be it for festivals or just random cravings, they’ve got me covered.
