Before they were good now days there are hopeless oversmart waisted my 15k, FASSION COLLECTION IN GS ROAD IS FAR BETTER THEN KHAN TAILORS

I have been their customer since 10 years+ So I am giving this review with full heart and I hope this reaches the OWNER. 1) First their staff behaviour was so good and sparking, now it's so rough and dull as if they are doing a favour to you showing clothes 2) Their collection were top-notch previously, but again now a days same clothes again and again 3) Even their quality of clothes decreased compared to prior quality 4) Please ask your staff to atleast have courtesy to behave well when elderly women comes as customers. You guys are not doing us favour to us. We pay for what we buy. Owner must be strict towards the staff behaviour towards customers

I visited this shop on 10 December 2025 in the morning to place an order for a coat set. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The tailor and the staff spoke to me in a very disrespectful manner, as if I was asking for the coat set for free. Their attitude and behaviour were totally unprofessional. I asked if they could prepare the coat set within 5 days, but the staff casually replied that it would take more than 10 days, without any interest in helping or understanding my requirement. My visit was only to check how quickly they could deliver because I am planning to place an order for more than 20 coat sets. However, their behaviour and lack of customer service made me rethink my decision. If this is how they treat customers before even placing a bulk order, I can’t imagine how their service would be after. Overall, a very bad experience and definitely not recommended.

I had a great experience with this tailor. The size fitting was absolutely perfect, and the finishing was very neat and professional. The stitching quality is excellent, and the dress fits exactly as I wanted. Highly satisfied with the service.

Recently stiched a db suit for my farewell and I would say one of the finest tailors in Guwahati. They were very professional and approachable. The suit complemented by physique perfectly. Price was reasonable too. If you want the 'Suit' for compliments then Khan tailoring it is. Really appreciate Sir Anwar Khan for his professionalism and grateful for their service. Overall 10/10

Khan Tailoring has been around for decades, and that experience shows in their craftsmanship. The staff helps you choose from a good range of fabrics, and the final fit of formal trousers and suits is usually sharp and comfortable, with alterations handled professionally when needed. Prices are on the higher side compared to smaller local tailors, and during busy periods delivery can take time, but the overall quality and finish make it worth it for important occasions.

This is worst. It has been a week I placed order for 2 trousers at Bhetapara shop. Today (20/02/2026) was the delivery date. But they could not deliver. They did not even start working. They said that they would inform once it is ready. That does not sound professional. This means they would do it in hurry and work will be sub standard. If it happens this way what is the point of carrying legacy of so many years. I don't have time to go and enquire every now and then to check if it is ready. I even paid advance. This is very disappointing.

I'm very pleased with the suit. The quality of the stitching is excellent—it's incredibly even and strong. Furthermore, the cloth you used is superb; it drapes perfectly and feels great.
