Worst service ever... They never respond on time and keep on repeating the same mistake again and again. Won't recommend them to any one.

Worst experience..dont deliver the order on time..and couldnt remove stain from clothes even after reprocessing.. there is no difference in before and after pics

service so goated my clothes look brand new. for the non genz, this means, the dry cleaning is top notch, wonderful service at very, very competitive and reasonable prices. i don't usually write reviews here but I couldn't help myself but write for Tumbledry, just might take some time to deliver as mentioned by others too

Very unprofessional, tried to get quotation of blankets washing, they asked for my full address , I told them I can provide you with the pin code only, they said we won't do it in a bossy n rude tone. Pin code is much more relevant, it is the first company which asked for such personal details, no company ever asked me that.

I’ve placed an order yesterday for express delivery around 2 o’clock. But till now they haven’t delivered my clothes. When I spoke to local store executive they said that they waiting to receive the product from their factory. If you can’t keep your promises to customers then what’s point of charging them for express delivery?

Very unprofessional, first time thought of trying, and experience is worse ever. Delivery after 9 days of given clothes for dry cleaning, that too without a carry bag.

Left our laundry here while staying in Guwahati. They did a fantastic job, clothes very clean and neatly folded. Everything individually labelled. Highly recommended.

Excellent service however the call centre executives doesn't share correct details. Had to go for self delivery and pickup.
