Its a reputed franchise of havells electronic but they don't provide one simple spare water outlet of havells cooler nd ask their customer to order or talk wid service centre, than what's the point of claiming one of d leading Havells outlet. Nd most importantly their manager or sales persons don't evn know dat searching Havells service centre in Guwahati shows result of their own outlet itself. But service is not upto d mark so better take some actions if possible.
