We hired Arbenia for Meghalaya and Assam. It was good trip for 8 senior citizens. Driver Kishan was very helpful to us. The vehicle was in good condition. We enjoyed the trip. We recommand to use his services.

A reliable, clean and comfortable Urbania rental vehicle. Our driver Krishna was calm, knowledgeable and accommodating. Due to his good driving skills and advice of the local spots In Meghalaya, our holiday was enhanced. High recommended for North East holiday for families.

North East on Wheels gave us a superb experience on our Arunachal trip. We had booked a 17-seater Urbania with them after finding their contact online and speaking directly with the owner, Sujay da. He was very professional yet friendly, and after a short negotiation, he accepted a small token amount as advance and immediately shared the bill and agreement, which gave us a lot of confidence. On the day of the journey, Sujay da personally came to meet us and handed over the Urbania, making us feel as if it was our own vehicle. Our driver for the 9 days, Latu Borah, was a very nice and responsible person. We were a big group of 4 families with one child each, and he drove safely and smoothly throughout the trip. Due to the hilly and winding roads, some children felt motion sickness and vomited multiple times, but whenever we requested a stop, he was very cooperative and patient. We also had a lot of luggage, and Latu was always one step ahead in arranging and managing it properly. Initially, we had booked the vehicle for 8 days, but on our request, Sujoy da happily extended it by 1 more day beyond the scheduled plan without any hassle. Overall, it was an excellent Arunachal trip with North East on Wheels. I strongly recommend North East on Wheels and Sujay da to anyone planning to hire a vehicle for North East. They have a good variety of vehicles, including Urbania, Tempo Traveller, and Innova, and their professional yet friendly service made our family trip truly memorable

For our Meghalaya trip I booked Force Urbania for 8 people including a child from Mr. Sujay Das. Our trip was in the 3rd week of December 2025 for 4 days. Mr. Das has been very prompt and responsive throughout our interaction and kind enough to address our needs and doubts during the booking and also suggesting the places for sightseeing. Vehicle: Very clean and well maintained Driver: Mr. Latu Thulo Borah was very experienced (required for hill drive) and knowledgeable regarding the areas of stay and sightseeing. Price/day : Least, as I compared with 4 different operators in Guwahati for Urbania. Overall: Very good.

I hired a Force Urbano for a 12 day trip for Assam and Arunachal Pradesh. The driver Tinku was very polite and helpful also very alert on the roads, especially in Arunachal where the roads are very winding. To my surprise the owner of fleet Mr. Sujay Das came to meet us at end of trip and treated us for dinner a very humble and engaging person. I highly recommend his services and wish him great success.

Excellent services. Urbania was in good condition. We hired the van for 8 days and overall experience was good. The captain-Krishna was a calm and sincere guy. Highly recommended taxi service company.

Q: What do we need the most when we contacted the travelling Agencies ? A: Quick responses, brand car , hygienic , the driver was great, the car ; so comfortable and AC was fine tip-top that is what we needed the most.
