Rumi - Jumi Enterprise

Very bad experienced with Rumi Jumi. They gave us 1 week to collect our T Shirts but they don't really respect our time.. they took more than 2 weeks and they keep giving unnecessary excuses. They even ruined 7-8 of our T shirts with no hope for refund as well and even told us it was already ruined when we took it to them.. its a shame because they dont even feel sorry for their mistakes. They keep blaming others.... please go to another shop.. they act and talk professional but they respect and do nicely only for high value people. . I will soon post a video of their mistakes to our T Shirts.

Very poor quality service..print quality poor..don't have good frames.. They don't value customer demand and interest..try to give unnecessary trouble by taking more time for even a small task.

Good and clean and professional. But sometimes when you give orders in bulk they are not able to finish because they have printing press far away. I think this shop is their office to take orders and to print some minors items.Also price is not so much low!

"Very Unprofessional" "Slow" or Lack of "Respect". They never do your thing on time. They will say come in this particular time(eg:6:30pm it will be done and when we go to collect they'll start at that time only.

O star rating. Very very bad experience and service. Lots of spelling mistakes in a simple card. I gave them to make a card from my old readymade card which I gave a copy to them. Then also they made spelling mistakes. Nothing to say more. Just wastage of money and time. Never go to there again.
