It’s really amazing how someone can work in a place meant to help people in need and still act like kindness is too much to offer. Maybe being rude is part of the service now — help comes with a side of attitude.

Horrible service. They don't receive the calls. After going to the office also, they are not giving me the service and the staff is arrogant
