Vessel) - 80 for Both way Last but not the least it you are taking a Cab/ Taxi / Auto Beware and take ferry from Umanandaa GHAT ONLY

They scamed us, are selling tickets at 5 times the price, the ferry price in 40 rs , they are selling at 200 rs, the staff if also rude and missled us into thinking that was the right price, but tickets from government counter, its way better experience

Nice place to spend time and also a spiritual place. Ferry n cruise is good

Look for a boat to go to Umananda temple on the island in the river, they are all similarly priced for a round trip to the temple. If you take it during Sunset, river breeze is touching you gently as you bask in the hues reaching you over the waves. All boats also have music on board and if you ask for light music, it will be one wonderful boat ride. And the views from the top of the island are splendid too.

This place is called peacock island, a river island in the Brahmaputra river. Small but Beautiful place with a shiva temple. The view from this island is breathtaking.
