SM Express: Logistics

The most unreliable, and absolutely unprofessional harsh attitude of this transport agency in Guwahati. As a very old customer of S.M. Express Logistics I despatched one folding wheel chair from Surat to Guwahati to make its use during our family tour to the North East states. It was delivered to the addressee after 5 days of arrival at the destination and that too after several reminders made to their office and to their manager Mr. Rajendra. Moreover, when requested to make return pick up on 22nd November 2024, it was picked up for return to Surat on 27th November after reminding them for multiple times by me as well as by the business associate franchisee at Surat. Ultimately, with the ultimate harsh attitude, they charged for 34 kg @ Rs. 90/- per kg. For a product weighing only 14 kg. An attitude of Mr. Rajendra and Mukesh at Guwahati office was so nasty, harsh and neglecting that it was like they are oblidging by accepting my consignment. Management of S.M. Express Logistics must look into such unprofessional and rude attitude of their office at Guwahati on an urgent basis and take actions in order to protect the overall business dignity getting ruined because of this single office. Finally, I had to cancel this consignment for shipment and get back the same to be shipped through another logistics partner.

The guy who came to deliver the goods was very unprofessional and rude. At the time when he came in my shop i was busy in something hence i asked him to wait 2mins for me. But he didn't wait and went away by not delivering the goods. Later when i contacted him and asked about my goods Delivery the answer which i got is" I dont have whole day for you I will not wait for you" And in reality i came back exactly in two minutes and he was so rude that i can't even express how disappointed i am with SM express services because this is not the first time my goods were ordered through them. Very bad experience. I don't recommend this courier service to anyone at this expense
