One of the worst experience ever after taking appointment then told me to wait whole day for just changing my speedometer and also want my consent for changing master cyclinder that if brake doesn't work its on my risk😂 being a Dr i feel like they are the top of everyone really better you visit Silphukri service centre you won't regret trust me.

Rinky provided excellent service; she took great care of my car and responded very well. We should have more employees like her.

What I found is Rinki Deka is very co operative... even all the stuff of YAMAHA SERVICING and very cool headed in person....in short it's MAGNIFIQUE... Such a joy to watch them every time I came here... weldone and thank you all.

It is a good service centre but the staff do not care for customers. You need to go to different counters for getting your service billed. After billing you need to collect the key of your bike from the reception. But to my hard luck, I had to wait and search the receptionist for getting my key after billing. So service wise it was satisfactory but approach towards the customer was not good.
