so I've been trying to see a doctor at Medicity, but they've been absent for two days straight without any notice. The front office staff doesn't seem to care and isn't very empathetic. They give us a time and date for an appointment, and we take time off from our own work to go, only to find out when we get there that the doctor is still absent. It's really frustrating and there's no one to complain to. The service is terrible. Keep on runnjng sponsored ads but least bothered about your service and customer satisfaction.
