Very poor experience. They give bad product. Hopeless after sales service. One should not Trust this people

After shifting my residence to a new location in Guwahati, raised a request for reinstallation of my Aquaguard RO. Nobody reported and nobody contacted to attend the request from Guwahati office. After a week I had to install the same taking help from some other professional. Probably the worst service experience I ever faced. Can't rate below zero, so I settled for one star

Don't buy products from this company, they give you damaged products. I purchased a water purifier and within 1 month the purifier got damaged and now they are telling me that I have to wait for 1week to get the new one and they are also denying to refund the money. Beware of this fraud company.

It is the worst company I have ever seen. Within 1 year,they promised to give 2 time free servicing but never came at all.. when I complaint for servicing and they took whole servicing fee without hesitation without any relaxation. Let's see how long the company survive, you can't grow with such attitude..Hope the this company closes soon with great loss..worst of luck👍🏻

This is the worst company of water purifiers. Don't fall prey to their charm. They will only take your money and then even refuse to entertain the smallest request for any kind of service. I am not sure if they understand that they are dealing with something as crucial as drinking water. NEVER EVEN THINK ABOUT PURCHASING FROM THIS COMPANY!
